本文介绍了一种微波收发装置,主要功能为在195mm×170mm×35mm的体积下产生发射机和其他装置所需的激励信号及多种参考信号,同时对天线接收的有用信号进行三通道的模拟处理。该装置集成Ku波段低相噪锁相跳频本振源;采用ADS优化仿真实现多种信号的快速调制和接收通道之间的高隔离。实测Ku波段发射信号相位噪声≤-110d Bc/Hz@10kHz,发射信号脉冲调制状态下上升沿≤1.5ns,下降沿≤6ns,接收三通道间隔离度≥60d B。
This paper introduces a microwave transceiver, the main function of the 195mm × 170mm × 35mm volume generated by the transmitter and other devices required excitation signal and a variety of reference signals, and useful signals received by the antenna for three-channel simulation deal with. The device integrates the Ku-band phase-locked phase-locked frequency hopping source with low phase noise, and uses ADS-optimized simulation to achieve fast modulation of multiple signals and high isolation between receiving channels. Measured Ku-band transmit signal phase noise ≤-110d Bc / Hz @ 10kHz, the transmit signal pulse modulation state rising edge ≤ 1.5ns, falling edge ≤ 6ns, receive three-channel isolation ≥ 60d B.
