目的研究酸藤果的化学成分。方法利用MCI、中压硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等方法对酸藤果醇提取物进行分离纯化,依据所得化合物的理化性质与波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离纯化并鉴定了15个化合物,分别为nantenine(1)、oxonantenine(2)、大黄素甲醚(3)、丁香酸(4)、香草酸(5)、stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione(6)、(+)-lyoniresinol(7)、7S,8Sthreo-4,7,9,9’-tetrahydroxy-3,3’-dimethoxy-8-O-4’-neolignan(8)、1,3-dihydroxylprop-yl-(9Z,12Z)-octadeca-9,12-dienate(9)、(22E)-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3b-ol(10)、dihydroxyisoechinulin A(11)、对羟基苯甲酸(12)、豆甾醇(13)、谷甾醇(14)和胡萝卜苷(15)。结论化合物1、2和5~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of acid vine. Methods The extracts of kaempferol were isolated and purified by MCI, medium pressure silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as nantenine (1), oxonantenine (2), physcion (3), syringic acid (4), vanillic acid (5), stigmast-4-ene- 6-dione (6), (+) - lyoniresinol (7), 7S, 8Sthreo-4,7,9,9-tetrahydroxy-3,3’-dimethoxy-8-0-4’-neolignan 1,3-dihydroxylprop-yl- (9Z, 12Z) -octadeca-9,12-dienate (9), (22E) -5a, 8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3b-ol (11), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (12), stigmasterol (13), sitosterol (14) and daucosterol (15). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2 and 5 ~ 13 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 ~ 15 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
