本文建立了冰球式蓄冷系统计算模型,并用实验数据验证了模型的正确性,通过计算分析了不同冰球尺寸和载冷剂流量下的整个系统的蓄冷能耗变化规律,并综合考虑蓄冷时间、泵功率和制冷机COP等因素,以最低能耗为目标,对冰球尺寸和载冷剂流量最佳值的选取进行分析。
In this paper, the calculation model of the ice storage system is established, and the correctness of the model is validated by the experimental data. The variation of the storage system energy consumption of the whole system under different ice hockey size and the refrigerant flow rate is calculated and analyzed. The cooling time, Power and chiller COP and other factors, the minimum energy consumption as the goal, the size of the ice hockey and the selection of the optimal value of the refrigerant flow rate is analyzed.
