构建学习型区域是提升我国高新区创新能力的有效途径。在学习型区域视角下,针对我国高新区传统发展模式中存在的问题,探讨高新区通过学习促进创新,并建立学习型区域的创新发展模式。
Building Learning Regions is an Effective Way to Promote the Innovation Ability of High and New Technology Zones in China. From the perspective of learning region, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional development model of high-tech zones in our country, this paper discusses the innovation and development mode of high-tech zones through learning to promote innovation and the establishment of learning regions.
