以不同浓度PEG-6000水溶液模拟4个玉米种子萌发环境条件,对18个玉米生产主推品种进行萌发幼苗期抗旱性鉴定与评价。结果表明:(1)在4个萌发环境条件下,京科968、京科665、农华101、联科96、京农科728、京单38、京单68和旺禾8号相对发芽率(培养后8d萌发率)相对较高;郑单958、先玉335和辽单565等品种中等;农大108、中单28、浚单20和纪元1号较低。(2)相对幼苗高度、相对幼苗鲜重、相对幼苗干重、相对根系鲜重、相对根系干重、相对根系长度和相对根系条数在4个干旱环境条件下均小于对照;不同品种间降幅不同,其中春播品种京科968、京科665、农华101等和夏播品种京农科728、京单58、京单68降幅较小。春播品种农大108、中单28等以及夏播品种浚单20和纪元1号降幅较大。(3)综合分析得出,春播品种京科968、京科665、农华101、先玉335和联科96萌发幼苗期抗旱性强,郑单958、农大108和辽单565萌发幼苗期抗旱性中等,中单28萌发幼苗期抗旱性最差;夏播品种京农科728、京单38、京单68、京单58和京科528萌发幼苗期抗旱性强,京单28、纪元1号和旺禾8号萌发幼苗期抗旱性中等,浚单20萌发幼苗期抗旱性最差。
The germination environmental conditions of four maize seeds were simulated with different concentrations of PEG-6000 aqueous solution, and the identification and evaluation of drought resistance of 18 main maize varieties were carried out. The results showed that: (1) The relative germination rate of Jingke 968, Jingke 665, Nonghua 101, Lianke 96, Jingnong 728, Jingdan 38, Jingdan 68 and Wanghe 8 under the four germination conditions (8d after germination rate) is relatively high; Zhengdan 958, Xiangyu 335 and Liaodian 565 and other varieties of medium; Nongda 108, Zhongdan 28, Xundan 20 and Jianyuan 1 lower. (2) Relative seedling height, relative seedling fresh weight, relative seedling dry weight, relative root fresh weight, relative root dry weight, relative root length and relative root number were all less than those in the control under four drought conditions; The spring sowing varieties Jingke 968, Jingke 665, Nonghua 101, etc. and the summer sowing varieties Jingnongke 728, Jingdan 58 and Jingdan 68 decreased slightly. Nongda 108, Zhongnu 28, etc. and Nongdan 20 and Eryuan 1 fall in summer sowing varieties. (3) The results showed that the drought resistance of spring sowing varieties Jingke 968, Jingke 665, Nonghua 101, Xiangyu 335 and Lianke 96 were higher than those of the other varieties Medium and medium, single Zhong 28 germinated seedlings at the worst drought resistance; summer sowing varieties Jingnongke 728, Beijing single 38, Beijing single 68, Jingdan 588 and Jingke 528 germinated seedling drought resistance, Jingdan 28, Era 1 No. and Wang Wo No. 8 germinated seedling drought resistance medium, Xundan 20 germination of the worst drought-resistant seedlings.
