热轧带钢厂生产的65Mn带钢,放置后出现表面红锈,采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对缺陷部位进行分析,发现钢中的硅和铁生成的2FeO·SiO2化合物是形成红锈的主要原因。
The 65Mn strip produced by the hot strip mill showed red rust on the surface after being placed. The defects were analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.
