加强实践能力培养,提高高校人才培养的适应性,是高等院校不懈追求的目标。本文在全面分析地勘行业发展态势及高等院校人才培养与行业人才需求结构性矛盾的基础上,研究了不同类型地质类院校在专业人才培养中的定位和规格问题。针对地质类院校的长期办学经验及学科专业构成特征,构建了地质类院校以资源产业链为核心的学科专业集群体系;结合学生实践能力的培养和训练,建立了地质类院校人才培养的实践平台系统;并就实践能力培养的支撑条件,提出了具体的建议和对策。 Strengthening the cultivation of practical ability and improving the adaptability of personnel training in colleges and universities are the relentless pursuit of higher education institutions. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the development trend of geological prospecting industry and the structural contradiction between personnel training in colleges and universities and the needs of industry professionals, this paper studies the positioning and specifications of different types of geology colleges in the training of professionals. According to the long-term running experience of geology colleges and the characteristics of disciplines composition, this dissertation constructs a discipline specialized cluster system with geo-technical colleges and universities as its core. With the training and training of practical ability of students, Practice platform system; and to support the practical ability training conditions, put forward specific recommendations and countermeasures.
