黄河流域水资源短缺,而且时空分布极不均匀,水资源供需矛盾十分突出。因此,如何进行有效的水资源管理,已成为当前紧迫的任务。通过分析黄河流域在经济社会发展中具有的战略地位,黄河水资源面临的问题,为了实现黄河流域水资源可持续发展, 指出了合理利用水资源的主要对策措施。 The Yellow River Basin water shortages, but also extremely uneven distribution of time and space, water supply and demand contradictions are very prominent. Therefore, how to carry out effective water resources management has become an urgent task at present. Through analyzing the strategic position of the Yellow River basin in the economic and social development and the problems faced by the Yellow River water resources, in order to achieve the sustainable development of the Yellow River water resources, the main countermeasures for rational utilization of water resources are pointed out.
