本文研究了SiO_2、Al_2O_3和Fe_2O_3对二相体系静态破碎剂的凝结时间、膨胀压及水化温升等性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同辅助组分的静态破碎剂性能特占大不相同。以SiO_2和Al_2O_3为辅助组分的静态破碎剂凝结时间较短,早期膨胀压增长迅速,尤其是Al_2O_3为辅助组分的静态破碎剂。以Fe_2O_3为辅助组分的静态破碎剂凝结时间较长,膨胀压增长较为缓慢。辅助组分对静态破碎剂性能的影响主要是由于在高温下与CaO反应生成了不同的辅助矿物,这些辅助矿物高温及水化特性影响了主要矿物f-CaO的水化反应从而导致对性能的影响。辅助组分对静态破碎剂的性能影响的规律,对于指导开发适应不同环境和需要的新型号静态破碎剂及现有产品性能改进有重要指导意义。
In this paper, the effects of SiO_2, Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 on the setting time, expansion pressure and hydration temperature rise of two-phase static crushing agent were studied. The results show that different auxiliary components of the performance of the static crusher occupy a very different. The static crushing agent with SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 as the auxiliary components has a short setting time and early expansion pressure increases rapidly, especially the static crusher with Al_2O_3 as auxiliary component. The static crusher with Fe_2O_3 as auxiliary component has longer setting time and slower expansion pressure. The influence of the auxiliary components on the performance of the static crusher is mainly due to the different auxiliary minerals that are formed upon reaction with CaO at high temperatures. The high temperature and hydration properties of these auxiliary minerals affect the hydration reaction of the major mineral f-CaO, influences. The influence of auxiliary components on the performance of static crushing agent has important guiding significance for guiding the development of new type of static crushing agent adapting to different environments and needs and the improvement of existing products.
