主要介绍了带转换层超高层住宅项目的结构布置、抗震计算分析及结构概念设计。针对超高、高位转换等超限特点,采用基于性能的抗震设计,经多模型、多软件的弹性比较分析及静力弹塑性补充计算,保证设计能够覆盖结构的各种实际受力状态。同时对结构的薄弱部位采取加强措施,使结构的抗震性能满足规范及性能目标的要求。
This paper mainly introduces the structural arrangement, seismic calculation and structural concept design of the super high-rise residential building with transfer floor. Aiming at the characteristics of ultra-high and high-level transitions, the performance-based seismic design is adopted. The comparative analysis of multiple models and the comparative analysis of the elasticity of multiple softwares and the supplementary calculation of static elastic-plastic are carried out to ensure that the design can cover various actual stress states of the structure. At the same time to strengthen the weak parts of the structure to take measures to make the structure of the seismic performance to meet the norms and performance requirements.
