资料与方法全部病例均为2000年1月～2006年12月在我科就诊的原发性痛经患者30例,年龄14～30岁,平均19岁,病程最短者3个月,最长者8年,疼痛持续时间最短1天,最长7天,其中未婚25例,已婚5例,均接受过药物治疗,但无明显疗效。
Materials and Methods All patients were from January 2000 to December 2006 in our department for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea in 30 patients, aged 14 to 30 years, mean 19 years, the shortest duration of 3 months, the longest 8 Year, duration of pain minimum 1 day, maximum 7 days, including 25 unmarried, married 5 cases, have received drug treatment, but no significant effect.
