试验研究了TA15钛合金挤压管坯经过温轧开坯与成品冷轧的工艺生产出Φ8×0.7mm小规格管材各加工过程组织性能。结果表明:该合金两相区挤压管坯可实现大于50%的温轧加工量;成品32%左右冷轧变形量;中间坯料和成品热处理制度为800~850℃/1~2h;随着试验温度的升高,TA15钛合金管材强度降低,而塑性升高,可合理地选择管材加工温度范围。
Experimental study of the TA15 titanium alloy extruded tube billet after rolling and cold rolled products to produce Φ8 × 0.7mm small size of the pipe processing of the organizational performance. The results show that: the two-phase region of the alloy extrusion tube can achieve more than 50% of the amount of warm-rolled processing; finished cold-rolled deformation of about 32%; intermediate billet and finished heat treatment system 800 ~ 850 ℃ / 1 ~ 2h; With the increase of test temperature, the strength of TA15 titanium alloy pipe decreases, while the plasticity increases, and the pipe processing temperature range can be reasonably selected.
