重钢(长寿)新区“铁钢界面”采用一罐制、“钢轧界面”采用板坯热送热装工艺。该流程节约建设投资、缩短生产周期、降低生产成本、快速生产出产品。但是要求连铸生产必须顺畅,若事故频发,全厂乃至全公司生产的连续性将无法维持正常。抓好生产操作的规范化,设备功能全投入和精度的保持,钢水质量的良好保证,板坯质量正常,生产的品种满足用户需求,流程就会顺畅运行。经过不断优化和整改,三台连铸机生产及板坯质量状况正常,达到了设计目的。一年来的生产实践表明,重视新技术、新工艺、新设备投入及知识储备和人员储备,以及充分的设备备件准备,对要求短期达产的项目是极其必要的。

After continuous optimization and rectification, the production of three caster and slab quality status is normal, to achieve the design purpose. The one-year production practice shows that focusing on new technologies, new processes, investment in new equipment and knowledge and staff reserves, and adequate equipment spare parts preparation are extremely necessary for projects that require short-term production.
