脊膜瘤中场MR诊断与鉴别诊断

目的:总结脊膜瘤中场MRI表现。材料与方法:分析经手术病理证实的脊膜瘤17例。使用MR为美国GE0.5T-Signe contour扫描仪,行常规矢状位,轴位,增强加冠状位扫描,对肿瘤的部位、形态、大小、边缘、信号、椎间孔的改变及增强表现等进行总结分析。结果:MR定位正确率100%,颈段4例,胸段13例,肿瘤大多呈椭圆形,或圆形,平均直径为1.86cm。2例信号欠均匀,15例呈均匀等T1、等T2信号。17例增强扫描15例均匀,2例强化不均匀,呈宽基底附着于硬膜。6例出现“脑膜尾症”。1例出现裂隙症。结论:脊膜瘤中场MRI表现与高场MRI表现基本一样。具有诸多特征性表现。在观察和分析时应注意椎管内、硬膜内和硬膜外其它肿瘤进行鉴别,最后做出比较正确的诊断。 Objective: To summarize the MRI findings of meningioma midfield. Materials and Methods: 17 cases of meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed. The use of MR for the United States GE0.5T-Signe contour scanner, conventional sagittal, axial, enhanced coronal scanning, the tumor location, shape, size, edge, signal, foraminal changes and enhanced performance Carry on the summary analysis. Results: The accuracy of MR localization was 100%. There were 4 cases of cervical segment and 13 cases of thoracic segment. Most of the tumors were oval or round with an average diameter of 1.86 cm. 2 cases of under-uniform signal, 15 cases were uniform, such as T1, T2 signal. Seventeen patients underwent enhanced scans in 15 cases and two cases were non-uniform and showed a wide base attached to the dura mater. 6 cases appeared “Meningeal disease ”. A case of fissure disease. Conclusion: The performance of mid-field MRI of meningiomas is basically the same as that of high-field MRI. Has many characteristic performance. In the observation and analysis should pay attention to spinal, intradural and other epidural tumor identification, and finally make a more correct diagnosis.
