海洋环境下的钢筋混凝土结构受氯盐腐蚀十分严重,如果不采取有效保护措施,使用寿命甚至不足10年,远远达不到设计使用年限,而且耗费巨额的维修和加固费用,甚至拆除重建。提高海工混凝土耐久性的主要措施是采用高性能混凝土,其它的辅助措施可归纳为三类:钢筋保护、混凝土保护和混凝土表层处理。每种措施的优缺点及适用性不同,在实际工程中,往往是根据腐蚀情况和环境特点进行选用。
Reinforced concrete structures in the marine environment are severely corroded by chloride salts. Without effective protection measures, the service life is even less than 10 years, which is far below the design service life, consuming huge maintenance and reinforcement costs, and even being demolished and rebuilt. The main measure to improve the durability of marine concrete is the use of high-performance concrete, and other auxiliary measures can be grouped into three categories: reinforcement protection, concrete protection and concrete surface treatment. The advantages and disadvantages of each measure and applicability of different, in practical projects, often based on corrosion and environmental characteristics of the selection.
