本文提出“食品低温加工”这一概念,就目前我国食品低温加工装备技术研究现状作了简单阐述。依据研究现状指出了食品低温加工装备技术的未来发展趋势。
This paper puts forward the concept of “low-temperature food processing”, and gives a brief account of the present research status of low-temperature food processing equipment in China. According to the current situation of research pointed out the future development trend of food low temperature processing equipment technology.
