利用Gaas-100/580型闪光对焊机对ZGMn13高锰钢辙叉与U71Mn钢轨进行整轨焊接,分析了轨头、轨腰和轨底焊接接头拉伸、冲击、硬度分布等力学性能以及组织结构。结果表明,焊接接头各项力学性能均达到了国家铁路局有关标准要求,焊接接头高锰钢侧热影响区晶粒因动态再结晶而变得细小,钢轨钢侧热影响区为珠光体组织,没有马氏体出现;高锰钢辙叉与U71Mn钢轨采用直接闪光对焊是可行的。
The Gaas-100/580 flash butt welder was used to weld the ZGMn13 high-manganese steel frog and the U71Mn rail. The mechanical properties such as tensile, impact and hardness distribution of the welded joints of rail head, rail waist and rail were analyzed. structure. The results show that all the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the requirements of the National Railway Administration. The grains in the heat affected zone of the high manganese steel welded joints become smaller due to the dynamic recrystallization and the heat affected zone of the steel rail is pearlite. No martensite appears; high manganese steel frog and U71Mn rail using direct flash butt welding is feasible.
