伪满洲国是日本侵略者武力征服东北、肢解中国的产物,其对外关系也和伪满洲国的国务政策一样,均受日本国策限制,也从属并服务于日本的侵略和殖民政策。其具体表现是:追随日本侵略者,敌视共产国际,以与日本“共存共荣”为幌子扩大侵略战争,和日本扶植的其它伪政权沆瀣一气,结成所谓的“大东亚共荣圈”;串通德、日、意法西斯轴心国,结成反苏反共同盟,制造世界性的战争灾难。 The Puppet Manchukuo is the product of the Japanese aggressors’ conquest of the northeast and the dismemberment of China by force.
