目的比较某医院宝石CT机与普通16排螺旋CT机胸部平扫检查致受检者剂量的差别,为进一步调查积累经验。方法用宝石CT机和普通16排螺旋CT机自带的剂量测量系统读取胸部平扫检查时的CT剂量指数(CTDI)和辐射剂量长度乘积(DLP),用统计学方法进行比较。结果宝石CT机平均每次扫描的CTDI为(8.74±3.52)mGy,普通16排螺旋CT机平均每次扫描的CTDI为(8.30±1.49)mGy,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);宝石CT机平均每次扫描的DLP为(282.19±143.96)mGy.cm,高于普通16排螺旋CT机的(243.10±61.36)mGy.cm,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该医院在常用的胸部平扫曝光条件下,宝石CT机的CTDI和DLP与普通16排螺旋CT机的差别无统计学意义。
Objective To compare the dose difference between chest CT scan of a gemstone hospital and general 16-slice spiral CT scanner and accumulate experience for further investigation. Methods CT dose index (CTDI) and radiation dose length product (DLP) of chest CT scan were read by using the dosimetry system with gem CT scanner and general 16-slice spiral CT scanner, and compared with statistical methods. Results The average CTDI of each CT scan was (8.74 ± 3.52) mGy for gem CT scan, and (8.30 ± 1.49) mGy for each 16-slice CT scanner. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the gems The average DLP per CT scan was (282.19 ± 143.96) mGy.cm, which was higher than that of the conventional 16-slice CT scanner (243.10 ± 61.36) mGy.cm, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions The CTDI and DLP of gemstone CT machine were not significantly different from those of conventional 16-slice spiral CT scanner in the commonly used chest radiography.
