国民收入分配成为今年位居第一的全社会各方面高度关注的重大问题,关系到经济社会可持续发展,关系到广大群众的切身利益,关系到改善发展稳定的全局。深化国民收入分配改革,增加农民收入,是一个重大的政治和经济问题。对此,笔者作了一些研究和分析,提出一些看法。 The distribution of national income has become the first major issue of concern to all sectors of society this year. It has a bearing on the sustainable economic and social development and the vital interests of the masses as well as the overall situation of improving development and stability. Deepening the reform of the national income distribution and increasing the peasants’ income are major political and economic issues. In this regard, I made some research and analysis, put forward some views.
