2013年是集团公司降成本的关键年,炼铁厂根据公司降成本的总体要求,在烧结系统实施了低成本配矿战略,在烧结配矿实施中提高了外购地方矿粉和公司低品位回收含铁混合料的配加用量,实现了由低品位、低价含铁料替代进口矿砂的功能替代作用,取得了比年计划降低1.800亿元,比2012年降低3.398亿元的可观效益。
