本文分别采用了萘系减水剂和聚羧酸高性能减水剂对CSA抗裂防水剂配制的补偿收缩混凝土的抗裂性和耐久性进行了研究,重点围绕混凝土的膨胀收缩规律和混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能。研究表明,补偿收缩混凝土是一种抗裂性与耐久性兼顾的高性能混凝土。采用聚羧酸减水剂可进一步改善补偿收缩混凝土的性能,提高混凝土的抗裂性,降低补偿收缩混凝土的后期收缩性,提高混凝土的抗氯离子侵入性。
In this paper, naphthalene superplasticizer and polycarboxylate superplasticizer were used respectively to study the crack resistance and durability of the compensated shrinkage-compensated concrete prepared by CSA crack-resistant and water-repellent agent. The main focus was on the law of expansion and contraction of concrete, Resistance to chloride ion permeability. Research shows that compensated shrinkage concrete is a kind of high performance concrete with both crack resistance and durability. The use of polycarboxylate superplasticizer can further improve the performance of compensating shrinkage concrete, improve the crack resistance of concrete, reduce the shrinkage of compensated shrinkage concrete and improve the resistance of concrete to chloride ion intrusion.
