目的:本研究通过让受试者分别进行75°靠墙静蹲和45°普通静蹲,处理分析股四头肌的表面肌电信号,为寻找更为科学的静蹲练习方式和角度提供实验依据。方法:选取30名无膝关节损伤史男性大学生作为受试者。每次时间为开始至力竭,2组间隔1周。测试表面肌电信号,处理分析数据。结果:45°普通静蹲练习时股外侧肌、股内侧肌、股直肌i EMG均大于75°靠墙静蹲,且呈现非常显著性差异(P<0.01);45°普通静蹲除股外侧肌外,股内侧肌、股直肌MF均略小于75°靠墙静蹲,且均不呈现显著性差异(P>0.05);45°普通静蹲除股外侧肌外,股内侧肌、股直肌MPF均略小于75°靠墙静蹲,且均不呈现显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:45°屈膝静蹲练习能够达到较好的效果。
