本文介绍了以无机超早强激发剂辅与少量有机表面活性剂复合而成的超早强复合外加剂。利用无机超早强激发剂的快凝快硬的特点提供早期强度,同时无机超早强激发剂水化产物的形成,加速了水泥矿物组成中的C2S和C3S的水化,起到激发水泥水化的作用,此外,有机表面活性剂的加入,大大降低了混凝土水灰比,对提高混凝土强度及提高混凝土抗渗性、耐久性起到了很大的作用。该外加剂可使混凝土达到超早强,3d龄期即达到普通混凝土28d才能达到的强度,且后期强度仍有良好的增长势头。
In this paper, the super early-strength composite admixture composed of an inorganic super early stimulant and a small amount of organic surfactant was introduced. The use of inorganic ultra-early strong stimulators to provide early strength, and the formation of inorganic super-early strong activator hydration products, accelerate the hydration of C2S and C3S in the cement mineral composition and stimulate cement water. In addition, the addition of organic surfactants greatly reduces the water-cement ratio of concrete and plays a significant role in improving the strength of concrete and improving the impermeability and durability of concrete. The admixture can make the concrete reach the super early strength, and the 3d ingot can reach the strength that the ordinary concrete can reach in 28 days, and the late strength still has a good growth momentum.
