当今社会,外语教师面对诸多挑战,部分教师的自我认同出现危机。本文从分析部分教师出现自我认同危机的原因、表现入手,提出了如何走出自我认同危机的策略及建议。旨在通过这些建议重塑外语教师的职业幸福感,明确外语教师的职业价值。
In today’s society, foreign language teachers face many challenges, some teachers self-identity crisis. This article starts from the analysis of some teachers’ causes of self-identity crisis and puts forward some strategies and suggestions on how to get out of the self-identity crisis. The purpose is to reshape the professional happiness of foreign language teachers through these suggestions and clarify the professional value of foreign language teachers.
