一、芹山水库调度的缘由(1)芹山水库于1999年10月11日下闸蓄水,同年12月24日第一台机组试运行并网发电。(2)2001年省防汛办授权宁德市防汛办对芹山大型水库进行防洪调度。(3)2002年宁德市防汛办开始着手制作芹山水库下游洪水风险图,同年底完成。(4)2003～2004年,宁德市连续两年遭受旱灾。(5)2004年7月29日芹山下游周宁水库下闸 First, Qinshan reservoir scheduling reasons (1) Qinshan Reservoir in October 11, 1999 under the gate impounding, the same year on December 24 the first unit commissioning and grid-connected power generation. (2) In 2001, the provincial Flood Control Office authorized Ningde Flood Control Office to carry out flood control and dispatch on Qinshan large-scale reservoir. (3) In 2002, Ningde Flood Control Office started to work out the flood risk map of the lower reaches of Qinshan Reservoir and completed the same year.
