以三嵌段聚合物F127为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,盐酸为催化剂,采用溶胶凝-胶法制备了氧化硅减反膜,采用FTIR、AFM、SEM、TEM、N2吸附-脱附分析仪、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计和纳米力学测试仪等对薄膜成分、形貌、结构和性能进行表征分析。结果表明,该薄膜具有丰富的有序介孔结构,孔隙率达约45%,折射率约1.24,镀膜的玻璃透过率高达约99.9%;同时,薄膜在机械性能测试中表现出优异性能,其硬度和约化杨氏模量分别为3.2GPa和68GPa,且具有较好的耐刮擦性能。
The triblock copolymer was prepared by sol - gel method using tri - block polymer F127 as template, tetraethyl orthosilicate as precursor and hydrochloric acid as catalyst. FTIR, SEM, TEM and N2 adsorption - Desorption analyzer, ultraviolet - visible - near infrared spectrophotometer and nano mechanics tester, etc. To characterize the film composition, morphology, structure and performance. The results show that the film has a rich ordered mesoporous structure with a porosity of about 45%, a refractive index of about 1.24 and a coating glass transmittance of about 99.9%. At the same time, the film shows excellent performance in mechanical properties testing, Its hardness and reduced Young’s modulus were 3.2GPa and 68GPa, and has good scratch resistance.
