报道了一种基于光纤被动调Q的纳秒脉冲铒镱双掺全光纤激光器,该激光器采用线型双腔结构,利用单模双包层铒镱双掺光纤的可饱和吸收特性,同时结合谐振腔间的相互作用,获得高效、稳定的纳秒脉冲输出。最终能够实现平均功率为2.2 W、最窄脉宽为173 ns的1570 nm激光输出,脉冲重复频率在14~156 k Hz范围内可调。
A nanosecond pulse erbium-doped double-doped all-fiber laser based on passive Q-switched fiber is reported. The laser adopts a linear dual-cavity structure. By utilizing the saturable absorption characteristics of the single-mode double-clad erbium ytterbium double doped fiber, The interaction between the cavity, to obtain efficient and stable nanosecond pulse output. The result is a 1570 nm laser with an average power of 2.2 W and a narrowest pulse width of 173 ns. The pulse repetition rate is adjustable from 14 to 156 k Hz.
