大连嘉和广场A座塔楼高度为184.5m。介绍了基础设计、结构体系和特点,分析研究了钢管混凝土柱钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构的性能化设计,满足C级抗震性能目标,在25,38层设置两个伸臂桁架结构加强层,增强抗侧移刚度,减小层间位移;在底部加强区及加强层之间设型钢暗柱,提高延性。通过静力弹塑性分析、验算结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能。
