一种轻质高强混凝土的制备方法

本文通过采用超细矿粉和胶凝材料高效激发剂制备出了轻质高强的混凝土材料。研究发现通过添加比重较低的混合材可在保证混凝土性能的情况下,降低硬化浆体的容重,矿粉在超细粉磨后,水化活性大幅度提升,超细矿粉能够填充胶凝材料间的间隙,从而形成紧密堆积,进一步提高了混凝土力学性能;高效激发剂则进一步提升了各种胶凝材料的水化活性。采用这两种材料在配制同等强度的混凝土时可以大幅度降低密度较大的水泥在整个胶凝体系的比例,为配制轻质高强混凝土提供了较大的技术空间。 In this paper, ultra-fine mineral powder and cementitious materials efficient activator to prepare a lightweight high-strength concrete material. It is found that by adding the mixture with lower specific gravity, the bulk density of the hardened slurry can be reduced under the condition of ensuring the concrete performance. After superfine grinding, the hydration activity greatly increases and the ultrafine slag can be gelled The gap between the material, thus forming a close accumulation, further improve the mechanical properties of concrete; high efficiency activator is to further enhance the hydration activity of a variety of cementitious materials. The use of these two materials in the preparation of the same strength concrete can significantly reduce the density of cement in the entire proportion of the cementitious system for the preparation of lightweight high-strength concrete provides a larger space for technology.
