TEP除气塔蒸汽加热器处采用矩形法兰连接(图1)。矩形法兰属于非圆形法兰,校核方法一般采用当量圆法兰计算,本计算中采用《HGT 20582—2011钢制化工容器强度计算规定》规范中非圆形法兰计算校核章节。作用在结构的载荷为内部压力、接管载荷和地震载荷。其中接管载荷采用等效力系原理等效为内压,地震载荷根据地震谱采用静力法等效作用在重心作用力进而等效为内压,最终得到等效总内压。校核计算主要为链接螺栓强度校核和法兰强度校核。螺栓根据HGT 20582—2011规范计算,由于该对法兰螺栓载荷结果不同,取两个法兰螺栓计
The TEP degassing tower steam heater uses a rectangular flange connection (Figure 1). The rectangular flange belongs to the non-circular flange. The checking method is generally calculated by the equivalent circular flange. In this calculation, the calculation and verification section of the non-circular flange in the specification of “HGT 20582-2011 Steel chemical container strength calculation” is adopted in this calculation. The loads acting on the structure are internal pressure, takeover load and seismic load. Among them, the takeover load is based on the principle of equivalent force equivalent to internal pressure. The seismic load is equivalent to the internal pressure acting on the center of gravity by the static method according to the seismic spectrum, and finally the equivalent total internal pressure is obtained.
