主要介绍了运用Agilent公司的ADS仿真软件进行宽带低噪声放大器的设计和仿真。选用FUJITSU公司生产的砷化镓场效应管FHX13X,用ADS软件进行设计、仿真和优化,实现了在2.5GHz~3.5GHz较宽频带范围内,单级和两级宽带低噪声放大器的设计。
This paper mainly introduces the design and simulation of broadband low noise amplifier by using ADS simulation software of Agilent Company. The gallium arsenide field-effect transistor FHX13X manufactured by FUJITSU is selected and designed, simulated and optimized by ADS software to realize the design of single-stage and two-stage wideband low-noise amplifier in the wide frequency band from 2.5GHz to 3.5GHz.
