根据国务院国资委数据显示,截止2013年底,中央企业及其子企业引入非公资本形成混合所有制企业,已占到总企业户数的52%。可以预见,积极发展混合所有制经济已成为新一轮国企改革的重要着力点,对于困境中的煤炭及铝电行业来说,具有尤为重要的指导意义。本文仅就发展混合所有制经济的必要性、行业现状及本单位发展混合所有制经济的一些探索与建议展开论述。 According to data from SASAC of the State Council, as of the end of 2013, the introduction of non-public capital by central enterprises and their subsidiaries formed a mixed-ownership enterprise, accounting for 52% of the total number of enterprises. It can be foreseen that active development of the mixed ownership economy has become an important focus of the new round of state-owned enterprise reform and has a particularly important guiding significance to the coal and aluminum industries in the dilemma. This article discusses only the necessity of developing a mixed ownership economy, the status quo of the industry, and some explorations and suggestions of this unit in developing a mixed ownership economy.
