文章先分析中国对吉尔吉斯斯坦农产品出口增长的总量和结构特征,进而利用CMS模型分析中国对吉农产品出口增长的因素。研究结果显示,中国对吉农产品出口扩大是进口需求推动的,中国农产品竞争力不足则是主要制约因素。稳定和扩大中国对吉农产品出口的路径,一是提高中国农产品竞争力;二是通过双方政府层面有效沟通、推进农产品贸易投资便利化,提升综合竞争力;三是大力开展境外农产品加工业,以对外直接投资促出口。
The article first analyzes the total amount and structural characteristics of the export growth of China’s agricultural products to Kyrgyzstan and then uses the CMS model to analyze the factors that have contributed to the growth of China’s agricultural exports. The results show that the expansion of China’s agricultural products exports is driven by import demand, while the lack of competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products is the main constraint. To stabilize and expand China’s path of exporting agricultural products to Kyrgyzstan, firstly, to enhance the competitiveness of China’s agricultural products; secondly, to promote agricultural trade and investment facilitation and enhance overall competitiveness through effective communication between the governments at both sides; thirdly, to vigorously carry out the overseas agricultural product processing industry Foreign direct investment to promote export.
