通过极化曲线正交试验筛选出银缓蚀剂的复配组成,比较了该复合缓蚀剂在腐蚀介质中对银电极的腐蚀电流、腐蚀速度、缓蚀效率、交流阻抗膜电阻与膜电容等电化学参数的影响,得出最佳的银器防变色唑系复合缓蚀剂成膜处理的最佳工艺:复合缓蚀剂组分MBO:PMTA:MBI为1:2:3,成膜浓度为0.0189mol/L,pH值3.0,成膜时间为4h,预膜温度50℃。实验结果和实际应用效果表明,该种复合缓蚀剂具有较好的抗银腐蚀和变色的能力。
