通过对裂纹断口进行的宏、微观观察,成分检查和综合分析,结果显示,发动机导管焊缝的裂纹性质为疲劳裂纹,疲劳起始于焊缝靠近外表面处的疏松缺陷。钎焊部位存在疏松缺陷是导致焊缝产生裂纹的根本原因。
The macroscopic, microscopic observation, compositional inspection and comprehensive analysis of cracked fracture show that the crack nature of the weld of engine duct is fatigue crack, and the fatigue starts from the loose defect near the outer surface of weld seam. Brazing loose defects are the root causes of weld cracks.
