目的 探讨薏苡仁酯 (coixenolide ,CXL)对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE 2Z辐射效应的影响。方法 以60 Co为放射源 ,采用微量细胞克隆形成法检测CNE 2Z对γ射线的敏感性。结果 CXL使CNE 2Z的辐射—存活曲线向左移 ,Do、Dq 和N值下降。不同浓度的CXL (5 2 0 μmol L)使放射剂量减少 17 2 6 %— 4 1 90 % (在D3 7水平 ) ,其增效比 (ER ) :Do 比值 1 14 1 6 4 ,Dq 比值1 2 7— 1 79。另外 ,CXL和射线的合并效应大于两者单独效应之和。结论 CXL和射线的相互作用产生协同效应
Objective To investigate the effect of coixenolide (CXL) on the radiation effects of CNE 2Z on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Methods 60Co was used as a radioactive source to detect the sensitivity of CNE 2Z to γ-rays by using microcytosis method. Results CXL shifted the radiation-survival curve of CNE 2Z to the left and the Do, Dq and N values decreased. Different dosages of CXL (52 0 μmol L) reduced the radiation dose by 17 2 6% -4 1 90% (at D3 7 level), and their synergistic ratio (ER): Do ratio 1 14 1 6 4, Dq ratio 1 2 7- 1 79. In addition, the combined effect of CXL and radiation is greater than the sum of the two effects alone. Conclusion The interaction between CXL and radiation has a synergistic effect
