本文介绍了超声波探伤时近场区(N以内)实际声压与理想声压的分布情况,对钛合金3N以内超声波探伤采用大平底计算法和试块比较法的结果进行了对比分析,讨论了3N以内(1.5N以外)采用计算法调节探伤灵敏度的可行性。
In this paper, the distribution of the actual sound pressure and the ideal sound pressure in the near-field zone (within N) during ultrasonic flaw detection is introduced. The comparative analysis of the results obtained by using the flat-bottomed calculation method and the test block comparison method for the ultrasonic flaw detection within 3N of titanium alloy is discussed. 3N within (1.5N outside) the use of calculation method to test the feasibility of testing sensitivity.
