莲须化学成分的研究

目的研究莲须的化学成分。方法应用溶剂法进行提取,采用硅胶柱色谱和聚酰胺柱色谱方法分离和纯化化合物,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了16个化合物,分别为1-癸醇(Ⅰ)、二十四烷酸(Ⅱ)、棕榈酸(Ⅲ)、环阿尔廷醇(Ⅳ)、环阿尔屯烷-23-烯-3,β25-二醇(Ⅴ)、金色酰胺醇酯(Ⅵ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)、棕榈酸-α,α′-甘油二酯(Ⅸ)、二十六烷酸-α-甘油酯(Ⅹ)、对苯二酚(Ⅺ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅻ)、丁二酸(X)、山柰酚(X)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(ⅩⅤ)、异鼠李素(ⅩⅥ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ~Ⅵ、Ⅸ~Ⅻ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ为首次从莲须中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical composition of lotus mustard. Methods Solvent extraction was used. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and polyamide column chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified from the 95% ethanol extract. They were 1-decanol (Ⅰ), lignoceric acid (Ⅱ), palmitic acid (Ⅲ) , Cycloarten-23-ene-3, β25-diol (V), gold amide alcohol ester (VI), β- sitosterol (VII), daucosterol (VIII), palmitate- Diglyceride (X), hexacosanoate (X), hydroquinone (XI), p-hydroxybenzoate (XII), succinic acid (X), kaempferol (X) , Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (XV), isorhamnetin (XVI). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅳ ~ Ⅵ and Ⅸ ~ Ⅻ were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were isolated from lotus for the first time.
