Nd:YAG激光玻璃体条带松解术32例分析

对32例玻璃体增殖条带行Nd:YAG激光松解术:男27例,女5例,年龄7~58岁,均单眼。原发于眼外伤18例,Eales病9例,糖尿病5例。视力002~01者12例,02~05者13例,06~08者7例。保定兰箭医疗器械厂产TYZ—型Nd:YAG激光眼科治疗机,1~2个脉冲,50~100%透过率;装专用接触镜,一次或数次行玻璃体条带切开。玻璃体条带基本切断、视力上升≥5行者18例(占563%),部分切断、视力上升二行者9例(占281%),总有效率为844%。效差或无效者5例,占156%。外伤性者效果最好,Eales病者次之,糖尿病性者最差。合并症:术中5例新生血管出血,2例视网膜出血,11例术中术后有非出血性玻璃体混浊。Nd:YAG激光玻璃体条带松解术是治疗玻璃体增殖的有效手段之一,但对玻璃体严重混浊者此法不宜;年龄轻者晶体透明性好,对激光吸收率低,效果佳。40岁以上效果逾差;国产Nd:YAG激光机也可取得较好的疗效。 32 cases of vitreous proliferation strip Nd: YAG laser lysis: 27 males and 5 females, aged 7 to 58 years, were monocular. Vitreoretinal strip basically cut off, visual acuity increased by 5 lines of 18 cases (563%), partially cut off, visual acuity increased in 9 cases (281%), the total effective rate was 844%. Effective or ineffective in 5 cases, accounting for 156%. Traumatic patients have the best effect, Eales patients followed, the worst diabetic. Complications: 5 cases of intraoperative angiogenesis hemorrhage, 2 cases of retinal hemorrhage, 11 cases of postoperative non-hemorrhagic vitreous opacity. Nd: YAG laser vitreous strip release is one of the effective methods for the treatment of vitreous proliferation, but this method is not suitable for severe vitreous opacity. The younger the crystal transparency, the laser absorption rate is low, the effect is good. 40 years of age or more over the poor; domestic Nd: YAG laser machine can achieve better efficacy.
