为了提高返波管的工作效率,本文模拟设计了一个X波段非均匀周期慢波结构的相对论返波管。模拟结果表明:在电压为719k V,电流为10.2k A,磁场为3.0T条件下,微波输出功率为2.81GW,工作频率为9.04GHz,效率为38.3%,输出模式为TM01模。模拟结果表明,采用非均匀周期慢波结构有效地提高了器件的工作效率。论文同时模拟研究了电子束电压对器件输出功率、效率、工作频率的影响。
In order to improve the working efficiency of the backwave tube, this paper simulates a relativistic backwave tube with an X-band non-uniform periodic slow-wave structure. The simulation results show that the microwave output power is 2.81GW, the operating frequency is 9.04GHz, the efficiency is 38.3% and the output mode is TM01 mode under the condition of voltage of 719kV, current of 10.2kA and magnetic field of 3.0T. The simulation results show that the use of non-uniform periodic slow-wave structure effectively improve the work efficiency of the device. The thesis simulates the influence of electron beam voltage on output power, efficiency and working frequency of the device.
