通过宏观形貌和显微组织观察,分析了预应力钢丝及钢绞线生产过程中常见的断裂问题,包括(近)表面异常显微组织导致的原材料盘条断裂、表面裂纹导致的半成品断裂以及网状渗碳体和马氏体导致的笔尖状断裂。结论表明:针对盘条质量、时效结果以及外部因素等方面中的具体过程进行控制,可以有效地避免断裂的重复出现。
Through the macroscopic morphology and microstructure observation, the common fracture problems in prestressing steel wire and strand production are analyzed, including the wire rod fracture caused by abnormal (near) surface microstructure, the fracture of semi-finished products caused by surface cracks and Recessing caused by reticular cementite and martensite. The conclusion shows that the control of the specific process in terms of wire rod quality, aging results and external factors can effectively prevent the recurrence of fractures.
