人力资源是最宝贵的战略资源,是企业在竞争中生存与发展的最重要的物质基础。每一个企业都应当把人力资源开发与管理提高到战略管理高度。由于人才具有商品性、流动性、盈利性等属性,所以对企业员工的激励是十分重要的。现代企业必须建立完善的员工福利保障制度,给员工以周全的保障,激励员工更好的为企业创造价值,从而使企业赢得竞争优势。本文分析了员工福利的基本内容,并结合企业的发展战略,对如何构建现代企业的福利体系进行了探讨。
Human resources are the most valuable strategic resources and the most important material basis for companies to survive and develop in competition. Every enterprise should raise the development and management of human resources to a strategic management level. Because talent has attributes such as commodity, liquidity, and profitability, it is very important to encourage employees. Modern companies must establish a sound employee welfare guarantee system, provide employees with comprehensive protection, and encourage employees to create value for the company better, so that enterprises can gain competitive advantage. This article analyzes the basic content of employee benefits, and combines the company’s development strategy, discusses how to construct the welfare system of modern enterprises.
