间隙电容耦合的微带圆盘腔滤波器

本文提出一种间隙电容耦合的微带圆盘腔带通滤波器。它与平行耦合线型微带滤波器相比,谐振器的 Q 值比较高,带内插损低,适于窄带工作,电性能得到改善。这种滤波器比介质腔滤波器积体更小,且便于平面集成,寄生通带距主通带较远,适宜大批量制作。本文在理论上解决了有屏蔽盒条件下微带多导体系统的主电容与间隙电容的计算方法,为该滤波器的分析与综合奠定了理论基础。 In this paper, a gap-capacitance coupled microstrip disk cavity band-pass filter is proposed. Compared with the parallel coupled linear microstrip filter, the Q value of the resonator is relatively high, the insertion loss is low, which is suitable for the narrowband operation and the electrical performance is improved. This kind of filter is smaller than the media cavity filter, and it is convenient for plane integration. The parasitic passband is far away from the main passband and is suitable for mass production. This paper theoretically solves the calculation method of main capacitance and gap capacitance of microstrip multi-conductor system with shielding box, and lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis and synthesis of this filter.
