陈村水库是以发电为主,兼有防洪、灌溉等综合效益的多年调节大型水库。多年来,陈村水电厂坚持水库优化调度精细化管理,合理利用水库调节能力,开展优化调度工作。梯级优化调度流程图的设计及应用,是以水情测报系统及洪水调度系统为技术支持,加强陈纪优化调度管理,理顺水库防汛调度、陈纪机组优化发电调度、区间来水利用、灌溉及渠道水位控制调度等五种调度模式的管理关系,明确了部门职责,提高了响应能力,使流域的防洪、发电、灌溉效益得到充分体现。 Chencun Reservoir is mainly for power generation, both flood control, irrigation and other comprehensive benefits of large-scale regulation of large reservoirs.
