本研究从服务语言的选择、语言服务的方式、语言服务的投入和语言服务的经济价值四个方面,调查南京服务行业语言服务状况。结果显示,语言服务消费者的年龄、经济状况及其对语言服务的关注度等因素,对消费者的消费意愿产生一定的影响。语言服务消费者对语言服务的关注及其多样化的消费意愿,表明语言服务在现代社会中所具有的重要经济价值。
This research investigates the language service in Nanjing service industry from four aspects: the choice of service language, the way of language service, the input of language service and the economic value of language service. The results show that the age of consumers of language services, economic conditions and their attention to language services and other factors, the consumer’s willingness to consume have a certain impact. Language Services Consumers’ concern for language services and their diverse willingness to consume indicate the important economic value of language services in modern society.
