陕煤集团在煤炭行业的高速成长期为保障神南矿区大型煤炭基地的稳定生产建立了专业化的生产服务中心,打破原有各自企业内部建立生产服务的运行体系,在我国煤炭行业率先建立了大型煤炭基地产业集群生产服务市场化运营的商业模式。随着煤炭行业近年的持续低迷,产业服务中心的经济运行面临着严峻的挑战。原有的市场服务模式已经不能适应企业的发展和需要。因此商业模式的创新成为产业服务业态生存和突破的关键。通过创新商业模式重新梳理客户和发展路径,结合工业化和信息化深度融合的发展趋势,搭建线上与线下网络服务信息平台,统筹结合供应链管理、现代化煤炭生产组织体系、市场化交割,建立上下游企业一体化运作的全过程创新机制,才能提高煤炭生产服务的核心竞争力。
