本文是借鉴国外新技术信息对我国城市道路信号灯路口设计理论与方法进行初步探讨。作者指出传统交叉口设计存在的问题,认为信号灯路口是一个技术综合体,应将交叉口的工程设计与信号管理设计密切结合起来。全文阐明进行交叉口技术综合设计的程序步骤,提出采用路口车流交会敏感区的负荷系数指标来分析估算车道几何布置,用最小延误损失作为信号设计的控制指标,强调要有兼顾工程与管理的统一规范指导设计,作到工程设计图、信号配时图、交通设施与市政管(杆)线综合图融为一体,同步完成。结合上海福州路——河南路交叉口的设计过程给出了示例,以供参考。
This article is a reference to foreign new technology information on China’s urban road signal light junction design theory and methods for a preliminary discussion. The author points out the problems existing in the design of traditional intersections and believes that the intersection of signal light junctions is a technology complex and the engineering design and signal management design of intersections should be closely combined. The paper expatiates the procedural steps for the comprehensive design of the intersection technology and proposes to adopt the load factor index of the intersection sensitivity zone to analyze and estimate the geometric layout of the lane and minimize the delay loss as the control index of the signal design, emphasizing the need to take both engineering and management into account Standardize the guide design, engineering drawings, signal timing diagram, traffic facilities and municipal management (rod) line integrated map into one, completed simultaneously. With the Shanghai Fuzhou Road - Henan Road intersection design process gives examples for reference.
