目的应用彩色多普勒超声观察肝肾综合征大鼠模型肾血流参数的特点。方法建立肝肾综合征大鼠模型,行生化、病理、尿量等检测,彩色多普勒超声影像对肾动脉血流参数进行评估。结果模型组与正常、生理盐水(NS)组相比:血中ALT、AST、BUN、CR均明显升高(P<0.05),ALB、24h尿量明显减少(P<0.05),正常组与NS组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理结果提示模型组肝脏形成了大量假小叶,肾组织未见异常。以上表明模型构建成功。超声影像提示各组大鼠肾脏大小及内部回声无明显差异,模型组与正常、NS组比较肾动脉RI明显增高(P<0.05),PSV、EDV明显降低(P<0.05),正常组与NS组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声影像可对肝肾综合征大鼠模型肾血流动力学改变进行诊断和评估。
Objective To observe the characteristics of renal blood flow parameters in rats with hepatorenal syndrome by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods The rat model of hepatorenal syndrome was established. The biochemical, pathological and urine output were measured. Color Doppler ultrasound imaging was used to evaluate renal artery blood flow parameters. Results The levels of ALT, AST, BUN and CR in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal saline group (P <0.05), while the urine volume in the ALB group was significantly decreased (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between NS groups (P> 0.05). Pathological results suggest that a large number of false lobules are formed in the liver of the model group and no abnormality is observed in the kidney tissues. The above shows that the model is built successfully. Ultrasound images showed that there was no significant difference in kidney size and internal echo in each group. The RI of model group was significantly higher than that of normal group and NS group (P <0.05), PSV and EDV were significantly decreased (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound images can be used to diagnose and evaluate the renal hemodynamic changes in rats with hepatorenal syndrome.
