The topic of this Mastersthesis is about the development of sourcing management and its issues that are in the middle of retailers companies’ preoccupations. The sourcing and the supplier selection are the two main concepts of the performance in the sourcing companies and/or offices. In this context，the office of SOQOP Distribution in Yiwu China aims for the development of its sourcing management. The present memoir fits the same context by developing the modeling，the creation of different guidelines and the development of the sourcing management system within Yiwu office，those guidelines aim to help the different procurement coordinators in SOQOP Distribution office to work effectively. For a more effective development and optimization，it’s important to do a detailed analysis of the sourcing practices that already exist. This analysis will help to identify the main dysfunctions and constraints linked to the sourcing process，especially those that concern the supplier and influence the office management.
